I think hardware sales might've gone differently for Xbox if they could've figured out whatever design flaw led to this unfortunate situation.

Removed my gaming PC's Blu-ray drive because it was making bad grindy noises.
Put my case back together, fired my PC up, and EVEN LOUDER GRINDY NOISES.
(A power supply cable was all up in my GPU fans' business.)
So, maybe my Blu-ray drive is fine, and I'm just a big dumb dummy.

It'll be nice if the perfect storm of bullshit around PC hardware that's been brewing since 2020 would stop sometime.
Between crypto, COVID, tariffs & AI, it's not been a good half-decade. And when one dumbass roadblock to sane pricing gets knocked down, a new one goes up.
