This Curlew 5T was in Lytchett Bay on 03/11/25. It's a Headstart bird ,eggs are taken from healthy populations, then incubated, reared and released. They have 3 release sites, Cranborne(Dorset), Pepperell(W Sussex) and Elmley(Kent). 5T was released in Pepperell on 10/08/25 @harbourbirds.bsky.social

The resident adult Poole peregrines were displaying to each other in the high nest box a couple of days ago. Day length is approx. the same as pre-breeding/Spring. The juvenile male (HG) from this year's brood continues to be a 'stay-at-home' bird.
