Right now, under federal statutes, President Trump can call us up as the militia if he sees it necessary, especially for three purposes: to repel invasions, to suppress insurrections, and to execute the laws of the union. And right now, we see all three of those in play.

When I read this originally I thought it was a year long deal - I didn’t realize it was an agreement on a vote. Senate Dems are ridiculous if they think this is a good idea.

a lot of people are quoting this and saying things like “standing up for trans rights is a winning political strategy” and while I agree with this, win or lose standing up for trans rights is important - no, vital - because it’s the right thing to do.

Per sources, the crux of the Scott Woodward-Brian Kelly showdown stems from a meeting today in which the AD asked Kelly to fire OC Joe Sloan. Kelly said he would then fire OL coach Brad Davis, too, which did not go over well with Woodward. Kelly left the building.
