According to the story, Jonathon Ross tried to reach into a vehicle back in June 2025 & was dragged or 50 yards. So, now we know this fascist is an idiot as well as a murderer.

Why tf did he have his gun drawn to begin with? We are living in a police state.

I've got a lot of problems with Stranger Things, but my current one is this. Nancy and Jonathan are in a room filling up with a goo. They're shouting and panting, but why? The only thing that's loud is the soundtrack.

The massive serpent, looking down, locked its penetrating black-slitted green eyes upon mine, tongue flicking. I’d never had a pet snake, but I knew from my experiences at the pet shop that I was being… somehow evaluated. And I hoped I passed the examination. But apparently, I didn’t. Because then the snake coiled back its head and hissed with such rage that I felt its fury crash against my being, like being struck by a mental tidal wave, urging some primal part of me to curl up and hide. But somehow, I remained sitting on the sofa. And then it unhinged its gigantic jaw. As I stared into a yawning abyss with glistening fangs, I thought that, looking on the bright side, if the snake ate me at least I wouldn’t have to face Damien’s scolding.

At first light Bill got up, groggy from sleeping on the couch next to his Aludim. His mom was already up cooking pancakes for breakfast. “Do I need to bring a passport?” He asked Ar’Thyl. Not really, though bringing some sort of ID is handy for many aspects of life if you have one, put it in your bag. Are you ready to leave soon? “Chill man!” Bill laughed, “let me have a shower and eat breakfast first, then we’re off!” He ran up and into the kitchen, hugging her mom and running upstairs to take a shower and get a change of clothes. Are there any things I should know before we go? He quietly asked Ar’Thyl why the water surrounded him. I mean, and rituals, routines, or other cultivation sensibilities I should know about? In the old world we did have some ceremonial structures we adhered to, but with the new council of Aludims being only days old, I don’t think there’s anything that would surprise you. Ar’Thul thought for a moment. Of course, being nice to the elders is always a good way to be liked I guess. Bill thought it over as he finished his shower and got dressed. Being polite is universal I’d think. Well, almost ready to leave. He said, with a mix of hope and melancholy, Breakfast was inhaled as his mom watched him. “I will be coming with you, soon, ok?” She said. “I talked with Ar’Thyl while you were upstairs. He said he’d ask someone with the ability to bridge there with here through some sort of portal, to come get me and your grandfather. Just for us to look around. Then we’ll see.” Rebecca turned, tears in her eyes. “I’m going to miss you!” “I’ll miss you too mom!” Bill said, getting up and into her hug. Rebecca released him, wiping her tears. “Well, you’d best be off. I need to get to work and lock up the house, but I’d like to see you take flight before I go.” Ar’Thyl navigated his way outside. I don’t have a saddle Bill, so you need to hang on to me, ok? “I understand,” he said. Bill fastened the backpack with the oft unused breast clip… Breakfast was inhaled as his mom watched him. “I will be coming with you, soon, ok?” She said. “I talked with Ar’Thyl while you were upstairs. He said he’d ask someone with the ability to bridge there with here through some sort of portal, to come get me and your grandfather. Just for us to look around. Then we’ll see.” Rebecca turned, tears in her eyes. “I’m going to miss you!” “I’ll miss you too mom!” Bill said, getting up and into her hug. Not to worry! I will manage! Now, hold tight. Ar’Thyl jumped up and the wings took hold, and lifted them far up into the air. Rebecca watched them go, a deep feeling of loss intermingled with hope bloomed within her. Toby had watched from the windows, he came out to console his daughter-in-law. For Bill, the experience was like a symphony erupting. "Lord Deran's son does not leap on tables," Dryswin said. "Be silent." Fenduyn's eyes flicked to Drisal with a dangerous light. "I see no sign Bráthal has done any crime," Talman said. "But he has endured a terrible loss. Rushak does wrong him with such an attack, whatever slight he perceives." "Then I remove myself," Rushak said. The set of his shoulders changed, and Cerel released him. A low, square nightstand on either side, adorned with trinkets and baubles collected over the days. To my right were racks of clothing; none of it would fit, I was sure. On the left was a single stool in front of a wall-hanging mirror. I smiled as I imagined all of the mornings lying in bed while Quale sat before the mirror and brushed her locks. We had a fireplace next to the door. Seldom did it see use, however, as the furs and quilts that adorned our bed offered ample amounts of heating on even the chilliest of nights. “You’d have me open the window just to layer up,” I said to myself, chuckling as I ran my hands along the bedding. “Maybe ... maybe if I fall asleep here, I’ll wake up tomorrow and this will all have been a terrible nightmare. I’ll roll over, admire your beauty in silence, and anxiously await your awakening. Just so we can spend another day together as a family. Perfect, simple, and so ... so complete. I can dream of an unbroken home, and discard the tools that will never make it whole again.”

There, where waterfalls rained from the sky, dry moss covered lush trees, and ferns whipped around in the mercurial winds, she lay upon the earth. Just being there was a healing balm. A safe space. She awoke disoriented, no clue whether it was morning or evening. The light was low, the rustle of critters more dusk than dawn. Some sticks broke, too close for comfort. Before she had a chance to calibrate an appropriate reaction, she was attacked by claws and slobber.

After dropping off Zach, Noah and Cleo sat in relative silence for the rest of the drive, with only the sound of the radio playing at a volume too low for either of them to have been listening. It hadn't always been like this between them. Usually they could spend hours in the same space without feeling the least bit awkward. Lately however, Noah had been turning his head whenever Cleo glanced in his direction, pretending he had been looking elsewhere. Whether consciously or not, both felt that the other was aware of these averted gazes, resulting in the recent trend of uncomfortable silences. Then came the real kicker. Just a few days earlier, Cleo sent Noah a link to a customized playlist on a shared music app called Juke. While she may have meant it innocently, Noah couldn't get the idea out of his head that making an entire playlist just for him was a deeply intimate gesture. It wasn't as all of the songs were intrinsically romantic-that would be too obvious—but some of the songs were. It was enough to drive him mad thinking about the intent behind each song choice.
