Private equity companies buying up real estate is one of the main reasons why houses are unaffordable. Most first-time home buyers can’t compete with an all cash offer over the asking price.

I think there will be a large number of MAGA adjacent influencers who will leave the cult over the next few years. We can welcome that change, but many will try to say they were never for it. There needs to be repentance.

I’ve enjoyed and appreciated the fight Democrats have shown during the shutdown. Of course I was hoping they’d get more but it’s hard to play chicken with an opponent that’s committed to crashing the car.
