PLEASE add housing conditions of your animals to the methods. It MATTERS if you house 2 or 5 mice in a cage, if they smell other mice (sex), if it is cold or warm in the room, if you house and breed your WT and KO models together etc.

Last year, I was contacted by a “kids college” to give a lecture on stress and relaxation. We went all in and explored the effect of hormones and I was amazed at how thoughtfully the attendees shared their own experiences with stressors and reactions to stress plus what relaxes them.

For the past few years, I "cleaned up" my laptop before entering a new year, which includes extensive files archiving and deleting. Target #1 is my Downloads folder - but to my own surprise, I only got 273 items stored there. It seems I've finally found a good routine for managing downloads 💪
