Congrats! Hope you still take time to celebrate the achievement and take a breath before moving on..

The setup resembles the one used by Carl Gustav Jung in his studies on emotional word processing at the beginning of the 20 century. It’s incredible to imagine that this is what labs looked like, when today, we even use devices that fit into your pocket in mobile settings.

One of the highlights was visiting the center for the history of psychology and seeing exhibits like the original desk of Ebbinghaus or this set up of an apparatus measuring the galvanic skin response (which btw was part of the movie A dangerous method)👇🏻

Also ich hab mir erst kürzlich Abi Zeugnis, Master und Bachelor je Zeugnis und Urkunde (zählt jeweils einzeln) beglaubigen lassen müssen. Hatte nur drei Urkunden angemeldet statt fünf; gnädige Angestellte im Amt, musste keinen neuen Termin machen. 🥲

An event where scientists present their research in an entertaining, creative way for the public, usually with a competition (for whom did the crowd clap the loudest?). It is similar to poetry slams, you try to engage / perform to make people curious about your topic (you find videos on YouTube).
