Mobilizer. Mentor. Making good trouble! Army brat. Non-profit heart. Econ/finance brain. Let’s go!!
We all need to hear this!!
Fear is contagious, but so is COURAGE!

Listen to these messages from across the country thanking @houlahan.house.gov of Pennsylvania, one of the veterans reminding service members they need not follow unlawful orders.

Thank you, Congresswoman!

I'm confused.

You know how guys allegedly think of the Roman Empire every day? T actually thinks he’s a Roman emperor, erecting memorials of one sort or another in his own honor. Good news - history shows he & his fake garbage will fall.

And the reason for selling TikTok is revealed… never a doubt!
New Orwellianism just dropped
Huh: TikTok took down my 8-second video featuring this image of Debbie Brockman — the news producer just detained by Trump’s CBP agents — saying it violates the “joy of TikTok”

It needed to be scored.

Remember when we were kids and civics class drilled into us that the Constitution was the supreme law of the land? Turns out, that’s true, but only until someone with enough money, power, or political convenience decides it’s not.

Of course they didn’t. This is an act-first-and-don’t-even-bother-to-ask-for-forgiveness-later administration.

Another day, another lie in Trumpland. But let’s be clear. We can draw the line from today’s ATC crisis right back to Reagan!
Sean Duffy: "Pete Buttigieg was running for president as opposed to doing his job and making sure that we got our air traffic control system modernized."

(Pete Buttigieg ran for president in 2020. He became transportation secretary in 2021.)

Rise Up!
Take action - postcards to swing states, door-knocking for local candidates, volunteer at a food pantry. So many ways we can stop being deer in the headlights & make a difference. Don’t give in to perceived exhaustion!!
1/
🧵 What if your exhaustion isn’t personal, but political? What if the endless noise, rage, and chaos every time you open your phone isn’t accidental, but the product of a system designed to destabilize democratic focus?

No words. Just outrage!
Here is the anti-democracy “intellectual thought leader” that Peter Thiel, JD Vance, and many tech billionaires idolize.

The fascists are becoming more emboldened in sharing their white supremacist ideas publicly, as they believe they’re building a new world order to rule.

To which we say: FAFO.

Where’s the line for “locker room talk?” Because the idiots will invoke that ridiculous excuse again.
The President of the United States of America has said - out loud - that his lower limit for raping children is 12 years old.

12
years
old.

Anyone standing by him condones this.
ANYONE.

The answer is a resounding “yes”.
BREAKING: New statement from Virginia Giuffre's family.

"It was shocking to hear President Trump invoke our sister and say that he was aware that Virginia had been 'stolen' from Mar-a-Lago. It makes us ask if he was aware of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal actions."

My son lives in South France. He's moving due to the heat. It's getting excessively hot and humid. Climate change is taking it's toll.

So this is great news about Paris. I'll be visiting him this fall and we'll be visiting Paris. Great work Brent Toderian.
“Air pollution fell substantially as Paris restricted car traffic and made way for parks, people-streets and bike-lanes.”

Better for the climate, better for health, better for livability & quality of life.

Common sense.

Such a no-brainer, it’s remarkable that more cities HAVEN’T done the same.
Paris said au revoir to cars. Air pollution maps reveal a dramatic change.
