New paper out in Scand J Med Sci Sports!

We tested the reliability of running economy (RE) and other physiological parameters during 90 min of running.

➡️ Running economy is highly reliable in a fatigued state, a 👍🏼 implication for testing durability

I cannot recommend enough that you go look through the list of #dplyr functions (dplyr.tidyverse.org/reference/in...)

I reached out to get help with an #rstats problem and got back two solutions using two different functions, neither of which I knew about!

ps thanks @jamesgoldie.dev!

Proud northerner. Hater of flogging. Legit brilliant commander and Nelson's trusted right hand. First into battle on Royal Sovereign. Took charge after Nelson was sniped and saved the British Fleet.
