My main desktop is a dual boot Win11 and Linux system, CachyOS specifically. I'm moving the 4090 in it to another machine and swapped in the replacement AMD card this afternoon. Moving from Nvidia->AMD in linux is way less of a hassle than Windows.

Exactly. If you want a high end CPU and GPU you're gonna build/buy a machine with a high end CPU and GPU. People like my cousin who have prebuilds with a 1660 gpu are who this machine would be best for. They just want to buy something that'll play their games on their TV and not get in the way. 1/2

Back at the courthouse checking on my name change. The clerk helping me visibly winced when she saw how long my paperwork has been in the system. She then said "yeah this normally takes 6-8 weeks" before telling me she'd forward it up the chain. It's almost 6 months of waiting for this to get done

"4k 60" is going to be very console like because its gpu is essentially a RX 7550 XT(ish) with 8GB of vram. Depending on the price this will be a great alternative to consoles for PC games who want a home theater PC. Also, year of linux!

"4k 60" is going to be very console like because its gpu is essentially a RX 7550 XT(ish) with 8GB of vram. Depending on the price this will be a great alternative to consoles for PC games who want a home theater PC. Also, year of linux!
My wonderful 10 day hospital stay(including 5 days and nights in the ICU while under a medically induced coma) came out to $154,000. Oh and there was another $1000 for an ambulance ride to an MRI machine my shoulders fit in(fun) and another $2000 for labs. Isn't our system wonderful
