Yes. When I've done this previously I've had to create a new top division because a lot of the MLS specific rules are coded into the game specifically for the database ID of the MLS league. I also create regional cups for teams to play in. Here's what I did way back in FM20.

Ohhhh ok. I didn't realize it the men's and women's teams were linked like this. I only noticed it because Indy Eleven was affiliated with the men's team and the option to switch between the two was on the club profile screen. This'll make a few things easier

I'm going through some of the US women's teams that already exist in FM26 to figure out where the teams are going. I saw a team name I'd never heard of before, but their logo is absolutely amazing

So on the men's side of Football Manager Bilbao is always a challenge because of the signing restrictions. The women's team with that same restriction is probably going to be massively harder because of the database size

They did! Color me surprised. FM26 adds Boston Legacy and Denver Summit to the NWSL in the 2026 season
