How does my spaniel know what time it is?
She comes and bashes me with her paw, whimpering until I get out of bed at exactly the same time every day 😫
Even on my days off, no alarm. She doesn't need a wee, just makes sure I get up then goes back to sleep 🤣

How about during sermon? Ho do you manage to keep focused?
What about if you think of something important, but unrelated, do you just make a note on your phone?
Do you wear earplugs?
