EXACTLY THIS. There is so little space for book coverage in any medium, when one of the vanishingly few spaces is replaced with AI slop, that hurts.
Another reason so many authors on your feed are furious about that A.I. generated summer reading article, is that in a media landscape where coverage for books is shrinking absolutely everywhere… this is what we get.
