WotC doesn’t want -1/-1 counters and +1/+1 counters in the same set because it is complicated to track.
But they put cards in this set that permanently change whole sets of permanents, but not new ones that enter when this is gone? These are going to cause tracking problems.

Organizing things and I found a binder I had forgotten about. I was getting foil copies of all the cards I have previewed. Obviously I forgot towards the end. I need to finish this up! There is a 5th sheet with Leovold, Emissary of Trest and Grip of Phyrexian. I know there were some others too.

Played 153 Commander games this year! That is a 70% increase over last year. 42 were 3-player games, 90 were 4-player games, and 20 were 5-player games.
Feb was the busiest month with 21 games.
June was the slowest with 6.
Won 58 times (far too many).

Played two Commander games last night. Lost a three-player game to a friend who rarely gets to win games, then lost a 5-player game where Atla Palani tried to do her thing, but couldn't get around all of the removal coming her way.

I enjoyed the latest Extra Turns from @commandcast.bsky.social so much I recreated it for my group tonight! No Homelands packs, but it was still a good time!
We did two games at once. The Naughty children were in the 3-player game! Since I knew what was coming, I made my choices randomly.

They bring in a K9 who sniffs out drugs
Next year they're bringing in all 3 types of K9s: drug, gun, and electronics sniffers.

As a nonbasics junkie, I used to use every nonbasic I had, then add basics to 40. There is just no good reason for this, so I am slowly going through decks to bring them all to at least 50% basic lands.
Between nonbasic hate and games where opponents let me search for basics, it just makes sense.
