The bill is absolutely insane. We have help, but the less we have to depend on that benefactor, the better. So we are still raising money to help us cover the $10,000 vet bill.

Hey kitty update!
Lizard is a MILLION times better and we are looking at taking him back home tomorrow. He's eating, he's producing a normal amount of urine, the fluid around his lungs is slowly improving now that he's off the IV, AND they've been able to lower his pain medication!
Now the ask:

I love Genesis and her Topanga Lawrence energy. I love SAM's energy and enthusiasm and naivety. I love Jay-Den (his name is still stupid tho) and his skirts and his flirting with boys. I love this stupid show.

I thought the idea of a school thats a ship was stupid. I hated the idea of the Klingon medical student. I hate the name "Genesis Lythe." I thought "a holo-cadet? idiocy." And as much as I love Paul Giamatti, I hated the the entire ida of Nus Baraka.
I was wrong on every count.

Look, I'm a generous Star Trek fan but I went onto SFA with low expectations. REAL low. Everything I knew about the show rubbed me the wrong way. The trailers made it look like nothing I'd ever wanna watch.
