I'm almost done with the part of Divinuet that builds music out of different layers. And I think it sounds really good?? I was so worried that different readings would sound samey due to there only being a few chord progressions, but the variations in instrumentation and rhythm keep it interesting

It's so annoying that all DAWs will quantize the notes you have selected instead of the notes you meant to quantize but forgot to select

The new project management app I'm using for Divinuet, Codecks, has a feature which is a graph that shows how much I'm getting done. I think I understand businessmen now. I like seeing line go up

A neighbor was taken to a care facility, and her little tortoiseshell kitty was left behind. I can't take her in but I've been feeding her and giving her water every day. No one in the neighbor's family can take her in. Is there anyone in the Inland Empire area that could foster or adopt her?

Everything feels so weird. Obviously there’s been lots of bad shit happening in these past few days. Also it’s going to be 60 degrees here today. I like warm weather, but it’s January! Last night it rained so much that a bunch of streets flooded. The air feels thick with bad energy. Very unnerving

I'm annoyed with myself for caring about this but whatever: I was at 4.9k followers on Twitter before it went to shit and we all left. I never reached 5000. I'm now at 4.9k here. Will I hit 5000 before Bluesky dies??? Only time will tell
