law enforcement officials say they made a proactive check at Rep. Hortman's home after a lawmaker who lived nearby was shot and found a "police vehicle in the driveway with emergency lights and what appeared to be a police officer at the door coming out of the house." He was actually the gunman.

The governor has argued the state needs to limit how pharmacy middlemen negotiate prices for drugs, as PBMs continue to drive up the cost of healthcare. This bill could stop PBMs from spread pricing, where they charge Medicaid more money than was paid for the drugs and receive a cut of the profit.

A Delta flight carrying ~80 passengers from Minnesota appears to have crash landed at Toronto Pearson Airport. No casualties reported as of this time. Numerous photos and videos have been released showing passengers safely exiting the plane, which flipped upside down. At least 8 people injured.
