I made myself a “no spoons, no fucks” bracelet. The rainbow beads are for #neurodiversity and the purple are for #autoimmunedisease awareness.
I’m not great at using the #spoontheory because I can never tell how many spoons I actually have. Unless I have no spoons. That’s always pretty obvious 😅
