You don’t need many supplies, a sketchbook, some pencils (i like faber castell but any will work) and an eraser (i prefer kneaded ones but the pink ones with angles are good too for precision) if you don’t wanna deal with sharpening pencils, mechanical pencils are actually super good for sketching

Honestly my biggest advice is just to draw and draw and draw and draw. It will probably not be good at first, it will probably feel unintuitive, but the more you do it the more you will get a feel for it. Draw every day and just draw what you see around, in your house, outside, etc.
