lowercase is well underway. way more back half capitals are the common 7px wide size. also visible are 3 X’s i ended up rejecting.

the A and the X were my least favorite, and i also felt the letters got wider towards the last half. so, some revisions. and numerals.

it took 4ish hours to cut up 2 bushels of apple drops and seconds to fill three 2 gallon jars. this will make about 3-4 gallons of vinegar. the two mason jars are full of elderberry juice and pulp that i made earlier and will divide among the three jars. #fermentation #vinegar #autumn
