And remember if it doesn't let you download the recipe in Libby you can always take a screenshot.
If this is you, an option to check: My library's Libby subscription includes Cook's Illustrated on its magazine rack, and many America's Test Kitchen books on the digital book shelves. (In addition to the paper copies on shelves, of course. Cookbooks are super popular library resources!)

Book 3 📚 for 2026. Not a great start in this book. It almost meanders for a little bit, which is rare for a Scalzi book, but it finds its footing around 80-90 pages in and then closes with its classic gallop. A good book, yes, but a break is needed. Available everywhere, including your local library
