These non-compete clauses need to go… I’m glad Albo has put it on the agenda for low to medium earners but really it should be illegal for everyone but C-Suite plus maybe handful of execs.. Eg those in critical roles involving IP or senior sales roles…

My thought processes are like following giant rabbit warrens. Started out getting indignant at complaints about the lack of indexation for the lowered superannuation concession at the $3million threshold, ended up finding an inconsequential error in some legislation.
