So far, 2026 is aces. Family member’s dementia has gotten much worse & I finally got t2d diagnosis after being told it was an eventuality every 10 yrs (yrs of rlly bad hypoglycemia, then 2 diabetic pregnancies). Dealing with insurance prior authorization for meds & cgms, which has been an education.

Working on my socks. Stripes with some lacey type stitches, because why not they are MINE. There was no pattern. They are customized 20 ways to hell and back. Doing them “two at a time” on separate DPN sets, going between them by section or row as needed.

The Dude hat for hubby is wrapped, back to my socks. I am past the yarn break of the puppy vs. self-striping yarn, and the striping is matching nicely. Going to the Stitch rescue hour tomorrow to have a knitting guru tell me what 2@Atime sleeve methods I was using 2 or 3yrs ago when I left off.

Our $4500 per MONTH Cigna insurance won’t pay more than $600, because the ambulance is out of network.
There are no in-network ambulances in our county, and I was unconscious when it was called.
