This Han-Ben interaction is great and clarifies an aspect of TFA that many viewers misunderstood - Kylo didn't kill Han because he hated him, but because he loved him. He desperately wanted to believe that he'd find peace and strength by destroying what he loved. Instead, that choice haunted him.

It just occurred to me that if they were THIS rigidly opposed to the idea of Ben Solo ever coming back, that means he wasn’t going to be in the Rey movie at all, and now I’m SO GLAD that movie is in limbo.
