* A24 paper is exactly 0mm by 0mm
* So are A23 paper and all smaller sizes
* A22 paper is 0mm by 1mm
* A21 paper and A20 paper are both 1mm squares
* A19 paper is 1mm by 2mm
* A18 paper is a 2mm square
