So to preface this, I'm still really enjoying a lot of the positive qualities the show brings to the table. The less weird gender dynamics, better representation, and more complexly written villains stand out off the top of my head, but this list is not exhaustive. #WoTShowSpoilers #WoTBookSpoilers

#WoTShowSpoilers We're really about to go through the "Justice for Abell" discourse but for Deira this time, huh? Deira's a tertiary character in the books, at best, so the change doesn't really bother me. I'm much more curious as to what the impact on Faile's character arc will be.

Someone smarter than me pointed out that Ghibli is a visual language, not an artistic style. So while it looks correct on a surface level, it lacks the richness and depth. It's a robot muttering word salad instead of sentences.
This isn't art. It's not even parody. It gets a mild chuckle and then I forget about it completely. On a technical level, it's interesting. But nothing about the images evokes anything but "look what I can do!"
I genuinely - genuinely - believe that people like this don't have souls

Yeah, WoT Twitter has just been so prone to hyperbole and it's exhausting. It can't be that the writing team made hard choices and has to balance an ensemble cast. Nope! The only explanation is they hate Rand or Nynaeve or whoever's been deeply wronged by X scene not being adapted.
Lol wheel of time twitter has turned into a bizarro-world. Ppl saying Rafe hates Rand b/c Rand has been 'shoved to the side' this season, that Rafe's 'head-canon' is wrong. My siblings in Nynaeve, Rafe isn't a fanfic writer, he is *the* show runner. But yes after Rhuidean, Rafe clearly hates Rand 🙄
