Death. Horror. Torment. But enough about the news, why not read some of my books to take your mind off things. They're cheap, and I can 100% guarantee you they won't kidnap you and send you to a secret castle prison in the Outer Hebrides.*

I've seen the basics of the cover for my new book and it's looking very cool. CHAOS will be published in a few weeks. Hoping to share the cover in the next couple of days.

Folks, please don’t tell artists they shouldn’t be making or selling their art right now. For many, it’s how they pay the bills. Art is vital during times like this. ALL ART. Whether it’s a protest sign or a book cover or just a beautiful drawing. It’s part of the heart of humanity.

My new book is published next month. In the meantime, check out my most recent tale. It's full of japes, larks and lashings of ginger ale.

I mean it's full of violence, bad language and all round unpleasantness.

Anyone know how to force Netflix to play credits when something finishes? My settings are not to autoplay. What I'm watching ends and then completely stops almost immediately. Incredibly annoying.

30k into the new book. Feels pretty pointless these days but as I have very few weapons against the world, I keep going.

If there's anything left of America in 5 or 10 years, you won't find anyone who admits to having voted for the cunch of bunts in charge now. And that feels like a big 'if'.

Viewed a house earlier for a potential move in a few months. New build; nice layout; good location.

Walls made of fucking tissue paper.

Passport office has got my old one and is processing my application for a new one. Can't wait to get it and then go on all those holidays I can afford.

Why is Goodreads so utterly shit? At last count, there are around 70 books on there where I am listed as the author. Most are colouring books, books about U2, something in Portuguese and a book called 'A Very Dangerous White Man'.

A drunk chimp would do better at cataloguing.

Let's open up a discussion on "simsubs" for short stories. For those of you not in writing, that's where a magazine or anthology wants you to give them your story, (submit it) exclusively while they decide IF they want it. During that time you cannot earn any money on it. (Question next post) 👉

Seeing as the average response time was 50 days when I subbed this short story, I suspect the universe will have ended by the time I hear back.

Just dawned on me I have no valid ID. This might make applying for a mortgage slightly more difficult. Good thing I have selfies where I look like an axe murderer ready for my passport application.
