I fully believe most of Earth will boycott the 2028 games.
Remove the Olympics & World Cup from US, it is not safe for visitors. When you travel to the US you risk arbitrary arrest and abduction, random acts of extreme firearm violence and terrorism, unknown pathogens and disease, and discrimination or xenophobic attacks.

Hey good for LIV though. Add in the secret service and it will double or triple their normal attendance.
Trump has a LIV golf tournament starting tomorrow at Trump National Doral so he needed to get the tariffs announced prior to him going away for the weekend.

We need to add to the lengthy list of Trump misunderstandings this one - he really does seem to believe it's like pulling out a splinter and all you have to do is get through momentary pain which will instantly dissipate.
