Wow! This truly is HUGE! 😲

It is now solely up to the EU to keep Orbán in check, to prevent Russian or Turkish situations, as both Russia and U.S. will only intervene on Orbán’s behalf.
💥📉 A fresh bombshell poll in Hungary by a reputable pollster shows Viktor Orbán’s Fidesz trailing opposition leader Péter Magyar’s TISZA, 36–53. Despite throwing everything at Magyar in recent weeks, the gap has only widened.

Just four months to go until Hungary's parliamentary election.

(...) recent statements by government officials on the matter illustrate the contempt that Fidesz politicians have for children and juveniles of “certain” backgrounds with a “certain” history – true to the motto, “some are more equal than others”.

Some thoughts on the latest scandal in Orbánland.
Another Child Abuse Scandal Associated with the “Child Protection Government”
Recent child abuse scandals and Fidesz’s inaction on the dire condition of state-run child protection services showcase its hypocrisy and hierarchical worldview, writes Gabriela Greilinger.

This is just one poll (and not the most reputable pollster) from the many, so handle it with caution, but it is still remarkable - keep in mind this survey was done after the latest child abuse scandal that rocked the government.

💥Like Donald Trump, Viktor Orbán’s so-called “pro-peace” stance is driven by pure business interests — something he openly admits. He has already sent a large business delegation to Moscow in hopes of future profits. EU leaders heading into this week’s European Council should be aware.

Hungary, however, has not.

Orbán's theatre opposition to helping Ukraine is just a distraction from a child abuse scandal in Hungary.

In today's Weekly Outlook, we argue that Hungary's PM is Russia’s most valuable frozen asset in Europe.
