Couldn’t agree more - it’s now a routine part of my outpatient assessment as well as inpatient. Patients understand it’s an evolving document and their wishes can change. We do it together and put it on Somerset’s fab electronic TEP there and then. Much relief.

I think I got a bit fierce about the so called β€˜frailty index’ as created in various poor iterations for use in cardiovascular trials. Not the FI as a geriatrician knows it.. I didn’t say fraud but others have 😬
