Good question. I’d base this on family/carer report. If they feel dementia drugs aren’t giving a meaningful improvement, best stop. They can worsen incontinence agitation unsteadiness. Agree re domino ad but this was average result. Some wd be better on Rx, others no difference. Is that sensible?

Thanks Emma! Yes he’s had a pretty tough time - even with the insights Barry has as a psychologist it’s hard not to fall into patterns that don’t help. Carers and families need all the help they can get 🙂
