I did a reverse image search on the screencap from that last post and found another video that gives a better idea of how this pattern is constructed. It's in Chinese (which I don't understand) but the visuals speak for themselves.

Zac Segal, Boston U runner and Young Republican alerted ICE to a car wash in Allston MA which had immigrants working - he said they were taking US jobs. ICE raided the car wash. All detained had legal status according to their lawyer.

Yep, expenses - not just fees and taxes but everything else it takes to run a business, like buying printer ink, labels, paper, paying for convention space, website, materials, etc - take a huge chunk out of all sales. At the end of the year my income is about 40% of my sales after all expenses.
When you go to buy from an individual creator this season please remember the price at checkout (in person or online) is not what they will see reflected in their account
