Big and surprising copyright opinion in the 5th Circuit.

A company in the cycling app/biking industry should not own exclusive trademark rights in a phrase like "Bike+". I hope the US Supreme Court refuses to review the Ninth Circuit decision in favor of Peloton over its allegedly infringing use of Bike+.
