The one bad part of leaving Chile, at least for us, is that flights are usually later in the evening. So you have all day to sit in the feelings of missing family before you actually leave the house to head to the airport. 😟

This has probably been self-evident for a long time, but the US is not being run by a rational actor and people need to stop rationalizing this behaviour as if there is any strategy or logic behind it

The way to end all this is for the EU to immediately get hyper-aggressive with sanctioning and tariffing every American they can find.

Time here in Chile is coming to a close in the next few days. One must visit place was done today, a wholesale place to bring treats back to share. A little over $80 Canadian for this tremendous haul.
