Sleeping problems have been getting worse lately... maybe its pre con stress but i feel mildly insane. Was about to pass out at 9pm but stuck it out until 12. Ive been lying here for 4 hours feeling like i need to go for a run bc my body refuses to relax

I drew a lot in 2025, and as the year winds down with more than a month since I last touched my tablet, I feel like I need to remind myself. I did a lot this year. A lot of which I cant show bc its work related. And its okay to rest, play games, pursue a new hobby. I'll draw again soon 😴

i rly grew to love drawing bgs this year, it's fun to fill in a blank space and bring it to life as a supporting character of sorts to the characters in the drawing. tho i def still have a lot to improve on to reach the level of execution that i want !!! hoping to draw more bgs in 2026 yay

Curious to find out what type of sleep apnea i have. I'm pretty sure i have the one where my brain stops sending signals to my muscles bc ive woken up many times bc I just stopped inhaling entirely
