Double what it costs in our publicly hospitals. They are diverting FUNDS and STAFF OUT of the public system, and wonder why wait times are worse. Private pay won’t fix this. Investing in the public system will.
The math on that suggests they got a raise, too.

$8500 per surgery.

I concluded this weeks ago. They didn't hide it.

The UCP didn't have to use the notwithstanding clause. They wanted to, in order to avoid an arbitration process they knew they'd lose.

These changes will move all AISH clients on to a new program - ADAP"and reduce the benefit levels for persons on ADAP. Instead of the current $1,901/month, persons on ADAP will receive $1,740/month (and this amount will be further reduced for persons receiving the CDB to $1,540/month).
