The Spanish government announced a regularisation for 500,000 people.

Successful applicants get a 1-year residence permit, leading to permanent status. Applicants must have lived in Spain 5+ months with a clean criminal record.

The International Organization for Migration deployed emergency teams in Libya after the discovery of detention sites and a mass grave with 21 bodies. Nearly 400 people were freed, including women, children, and a 1-month-old baby. Many had been tortured for ransom.
