Gender-affirming care is used most often by cisgender people. Cis folks can seek & have gender affirming care without being demonized or scrutinized. Yet cis care is seen as more important & more accessible when it can be life saving for trans folks.

I had a conversation with a friend recently who is struggling right now (who isn't?) and she said "the hardest part is finding balance between being informed enough to organize while maintaining my mental health"
