Thanks for sharing your health issues. Incredibly glad to hear you were able to have the surgery you ended up needing. Sorry to hear your dad wasn’t supportive throughout it all…sounds brutal.

💯. Just because an abled bodied person can’t fathom being disabled, it doesn’t mean the person with a disability is exaggerating. Often, they are actually underplaying their symptoms/conditions.

Was never into attachment theory. Definitely have a better grasp of its exclusionary history & how it uses the excuse of scientific objectivity to idealize/standardize whiteness.
