doing a writing project w friends rn and responded to the accusation that my egregious use of em dashes in dialogue is NOT bc I used to write fanfics (I did) but bc whenever i dont know how to finish a sentence I'll just give up halfway and pass it off as an em dash cutting off the words 😌😌😌
