Now in full swing of the #fireworks season. On the 5th the airambulance appeared not to be able to land as fireworks continued. 2 18 yr old lads were throwing lite fireworks to catch. An eye and fingers lost with facial damage. Why does the UK allow the public to buy explosives?

We have local elections very soon. I am expected to make an informed decision and vote. Difficult when I can't find any info on 80% of candidates. Not even which town they live in as only says the country which is massive! No wonder the turn out is low.

#Fracking has not gone away. Its proven to be unsuitable in the UK but still #Europa are pushing to frack beneath the North Yorks National Pk by having the drill head just outside the NYM's in Burniston. The Yorkshire Coast could happily produce energy via wind. Fracking is not environm't friendly.
