I'm running with ideas of "classical" Vs "Conceptual" still life photos for my RPS.
8 of each. Each a kinda having a link, that white corner / same colour palette.
This is an example of my idea.
What you think, as Roger had an opinion, but F*CK Roger!

In September I drafted a proposal for a photographic project titled 'Yma o Hyd : The Liverpool Welsh'
After a few emails and meeting, I
received an email yesterday saying the community wants to work with me and putting on an exhibition of the project next year.
I'm honoured and so freaking happy.

Today we're delighted to share 'Lychway' by Jon Vernon, read by Simon Dell. This evocative #poem takes you to a grey #Dartmoor day when the separation between past & present feels thin.

Wild Words #magazine launches on the 28th Nov.

The already heart-rending Say Hello, Wave Goodbye takes on cinematic reach here. They were one of the few, pre-house era English groups (outside of hip hop remixers) to fully grasp the artistic liberation offered by the extended mix: i.e. not just mere extension:

BBC Archive just uploaded The Lonely Shore (1962), a surreal 15-minute short that takes the form of a scientific report from an abandoned and desolate future Britain. Written by Jacquetta Hawkes, an actual archaeologist, and directed by Ken Russell, an actual madman.
