Happy Mother’s Day to all moms… our moms, our stepmoms, our godmothers, our grandmothers, our soon to be moms, our foster moms, our pet moms, our moms who are with us in spirit always, our fairy godmothers and all who fill our lives with love, support, warmth and strength.

Another great LDSB Rapid Rundown with Lesley and Meaghan. This session was all about a few simple yet effective thinkSRSD strategies that can be used to support writing. My favourite is the 'Do / What?' strategy that can be used across the day and all content areas. A huge thanks to all who came!

These ones are from Grade 6/7 - imagine what rock stars my current K students will be in writing and morphology by the time they get to that class?!
