So, the main reason we were fussing in Facebook is that, due to some errors in our account that appear to have been there for over a decade, literally no one has top level access to the account.
Then, we got pinged for a major live interview.

Update:
Eventually reached a human and we worked together in vain for 2 hours trying to fix the problem. I guess we are escalating now, but the funny part was that it culminated in him dictating a message for me to write to Facebook support.

1) Nuclear power for the Moon is not new. Look up e.g. Kilopower.
2) None of this clearly would violate international law.
3) It can be done very safely, and I suspect NASA would do it safely.

I wonder how Trump will take it if the base refuses to budge on this. Rolling over and pushing Bondi under the bus is a real possibility, but I can imagine a world where he starts lashing out and spiraling. He's been their golden boy for a decade, this has gotta feel weird and bad for him

I don't think Trump's building a durable authoritarian empire, but I don't really know how we can do society if 40% of people not only refuse to help us, but will refuse to let us help them
This is a case where the people who are like "we have to stop helping rural trump voters who hate us" are kind of vindicated: we literally gave these people millions of dollars for their own benefit, no strings attached, and they were completely enraged

Based on what I've seen credibly reported over the last 2-3 hours, it is fair to now call this a full-scale war.
Another threshold of escalation crumbles: India apparently has started air operations inside Pakistan. (This was the suggestion with the SEAD strikes yesterday.)
