I thought I felt like my blood pressure was high, so I checked it and it was 108/69.

My dad drove him and my stepmom from Illinois to Washington State to see me for my birthday. We hadn’t seen each other in over 11 years. I cried so much, but it definitely wasn’t all happy tears.

I don't think the average American grasps how concerned the average Canadian is about the annexation threat.

We did it, but just barely. Watched every single thing nominated for an Oscar. If everyone would watch the documentaries and international films, I’m confident the world would be a better place.

There’s an incredible documentary up for an Oscar about Ukraine. It’s called Porcelain War. I highly recommend watching it.

I’ll never forget the moment a client told me she hadn’t been sick in 5 years. I can’t remember if this was in 2020 or 2021, but she lost her streak after getting covid.
Regardless, this isn’t really about her. I just remember how gobsmacked I was when she told me. 5 years without feeling ill.
