Break the silence: let’s start talking about COVID-19 again.

"Governments, health leaders and communities have been urged to break the silence on COVID-19, and ensure there is transparent, consistent communication about ongoing risks, prevention measures and available support."

The big science accounts are talking about immune dysregulation due to COVID-19 now.

I. Told. You. So.

Infection does confer antibodies and T cells against C19… but it also takes a wrecking ball to the immune system as a whole.

Stop burning down your house. (Metaphorically.)

It’s *wild* to fire all your politics staffers after (re)making your name on politics. That’s literally why people care.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

I call on the Australian government to #RaiseTheRate of all support payments to a living wage.
This would be the single most effective way to lift the productivity, quality of life, and well-being of the whole country.

This ancient ibis skeleton has been found under the floorboards of my 1860s house. I’m unaware of any significance of such a thing. Is it likely to be meaningful? Restumping is under way and I’m curious about found artefacts

This is what “living with COVID” really means for too many families. Long COVID is not rare, and it’s devastating. We could’ve protected kids better — we still can.

Great advice Joan. I’d add getting a medical investigation on the snoring and peeing which could be sleep apnoea related (or something else) which could me managed with treatment
“I don’t like sleeping with my husband. I don’t mean sex-I love sex with him! I don’t like sleeping in the same room, listening to him snore or get up 100 times a night to pee.” Is it time for separate bedrooms? My advice in my latest @seniorplanet.bsky.social QA.

As a psychosexual therapist I’ve often suggested a sex lab to clients. A science experiment, metaphorical white coats, curious about findings and not about judgement.
