First, Wagner is alleged to be a Minneapolitan & much of his criminal complaint focuses on his alleged online aggression toward feds in Minneapolis. But records show the complaint was filed against him on 2/3 in the E. Michigan court district, and that his case filed on 2/5 in MN was removed there.
