My new policy brief on Ukraine fatigue. I'm increasingly worried Western leaders are losing hope & missing the point: yes, supporting Ukraine is costly; but the consequences of not supporting it, & letting Putin grow stronger, are much worse. Europe in particular needs to step up defence output.
Western leaders are starting to worry that the cost of supporting Ukraine is too high. They should be more worried about the cost of not helping it.
