Maturing is learning that the “ride or die” mentality is actually disregulated, binary, black/white always/never thinking. “You’re either with me or you’re against me” mentality is a trauma response born out of survival. Grow. Heal. Death of the #soul is not worth a ride with someone else.

Trying out urban gardening for the first time. I'm not talking my usual houseplants, herbs, and wildflowers. No. This year, I'm planting sugar pumpkins, cucumbers, three types of tomatoes, zucchinis, scallions, arugula, kale, and herbs.
