What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

Noncitizens have been barred from voting in federal elections in the US for about a 100 yrs. Noncitizen voting in federal elections has been a punishable crime since 1996. A few municipalities lawfully permit noncitizens to vote in local elections, those localities are an exception.
